About this site
minimumwagebystate.com is a reference site for US state and federal minimum-wage law in 2026. The design borrows from federal bulletin boards and Department of Labor posters: parchment background, federal-blue ink, mustard rule lines, postal-code badges, wet-stamp dating. The intent is to communicate authority without paywalls and without affiliate-link distortion. Every rate is sourced and dated; numbers come first, prose follows.
The publisher is Digital Signet, an independent publishing studio. The site exists alongside a portfolio of cost-comparison and citizen-utility reference sites; this one is built for hourly workers and small-business owners and so the voice and visual fingerprint differ from the analyst-style sister properties.
Corrections, source updates, and tip-credit edge cases are welcome at [email protected]. Please cite the state labor-department URL and the date of the change you observed.
This site is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. If you believe your employer is paying below the applicable minimum or unlawfully taking a tip credit, contact your state labor department or the US DOL Wage and Hour Division at 1-866-4-USWAGE (1-866-487-9243).
